My client a financial services company based in Central Bristol is recruiting for a part-time PA to join their team on 6 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and PA support to a Senior Partner and ad hoc support for a wider team of colleagues.
Main duties:
• diary management;
• managing meeting rooms and organising refreshments/catering where required;
• travel arrangements;
• responding to and managing phone calls and emails;
• audio typing and copy typing;
• managing all paperwork for client annual review meetings;
• producing PowerPoint presentations;
• managing expenses, invoicing, ordering of stationary and all other duties required for the smooth running of the office.
To be considered for the role you must be a highly organised candidate who is able to manage their time effectively to ensure duties are completed in a timely and productive manner. It would be advantageous if you came from a financial/professional services background, however this is not essential. You must have an accurate and fast typing speed, have a professional approach to your work and be flexible when working toward tight deadlines.
My client is seeking a candidate who has strong PA experience so you are able to hit the ground running.
